A Bit About Me

I began my career as a Digital Designer in some of NYC’s top creative agencies and eventually pivoted into UX in 2012—starting as an individual contributor working on enterprise applications across media, finance, SaaS, and internal tools. That hands-on experience gave me a deep appreciation for complex systems, cross-functional collaboration, and the impact of intuitive design in high-stakes environments.

 

Since then, I’ve evolved into a UX leader for some of the world’s top fintech brands, bringing together creative vision, product thinking, and deep UX expertise to solve complex problems across the full product lifecycle.

 

Whether I’m shaping design strategy, mentoring teams, or navigating the messy middle of a project, I stay grounded in thoughtful, purpose-driven work—always focused on delivering clarity, value, and impact.

With 10+ years in UX and a knack for leading teams, I helped shape clear, user-friendly financial tools by blending strategy, design, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Team Leadership & Strategy
    I lead a team of UX designers working across high‑value functions like account dashboards, holdings, portfolio analytics, or institutional advisor tools. Drive the UX strategy by translating business goals and user needs into cohesive design roadmaps.
     

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    I partner with UX Research to define and execute research strategy, framing objectives that surface actionable insights. Coordinate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure UX input influences product direction and execution. I also facilitate discovery workshops to define problem statements, success metrics, and key design requirements.

  • Design Execution & Oversight
    At both Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan, I proactively created cross-functional forums that brought Design Systems (Campfire and Access), Compliance, and Content teams to the same table. These sessions weren’t just meetings—they were high-trust spaces where alignment happened faster, blockers were cleared early, and design decisions reflected both regulatory rigor and brand voice. It’s how I lead: by connecting people, clarifying goals, and creating momentum. 

  • UX Culture & Standards Advocacy
    I help foster a collaborative, creative team environment where designers are encouraged to contribute and grow. Contribute to and enforce design standards and systems (e.g., Campfire) in partnership with other fleet leads across teams.

  • Stakeholder Engagement
    I build trusted relationships with senior leadership—presenting UX narratives around key initiatives to secure alignment and buy‑in. Use data‑driven insights and storytelling to position UX as a strategic partner, not just a tactical resource.
     

  • Mentorship & Career Development
    Coach team members, address blockers, conduct design reviews and feedback cycles.
